At Cobblestone Communities, service is our specialty! One of the things we pride ourselves on the most is the way we treat our residents. We value the wide variety of people who choose to call our communities home, and we do our best to keep our residents happy so that you will call us “home” for many years. Our on-site managers will do everything possible to handle your requests themselves and if they can’t, they will follow through to make sure that your needs are addressed in a timely manner. We have chosen to keep our operations centralized in East County so that we can manage our costs and be responsive and nimble as situations arise.

We also respect the important role we play in our communities. We love San Diego and California and we are prepared to do anything and everything we can to give back just as much as its given us over the years. We’re active participants in organizations like the East County Boys and Girls Club, the San Diego County Apartment Association, the National Apartment Association, the San Diego Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, just to name a few.
